Click & Collect Policy

We offer a Click & Collect service for your convenience. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Collection Address

Unit 2, 5 Jubilee Road, Newtownards, BT23 4YH

Collection Timeframe

- You can collect Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm

- All Click & Collect orders must be collected within 30 days of receiving your “Ready for Collection” notification.

Reminder Notifications
Customers may receive reminder communications during the collection period to help ensure orders are collected on time.

Orders Not Collected Within 30 Days
Orders not collected within 30 days will be cancelled and items will be restocked.

Uncollected Orders (30–60 Days)
If your order is not collected within 30 days but is identified within 60 days of purchase, a digital gift card will be issued for the value of your order minus a 10% handling and restocking fee.

Orders After 60 Days
Orders uncollected and unclaimed after 60 days will be considered abandoned.
At this point:

• Items may be restocked or disposed of

• No refund or store credit will be issued

Product Handling & Shelf Life
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, stock is picked, packed, and reserved upon order. Holding items for extended periods impacts stock availability and product shelf life. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on uncollected orders.

Exceptional Circumstances
If you are unable to collect your order within the stated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
