Shipping

All UK including Northern Ireland orders are shipped with our courier partner, Royal Mail. 

Parcels sent to the Republic of Ireland are shipped with DPD Ireland.

If you are a customer in Northern Ireland, you should expect to receive your goods within 48 hours of your order being shipped.

If you are a customer in Ireland, you should expect to receive your goods within 2-3 working days of your order being shipped.

At By Caitlyn Collection, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working business days. UK & IRL will arrive between 3-5 working days, however public holidays and weather conditions may affect this.
